What to expect at a YogaLoni class?
A creative flow drawing on vinyasa and hatha practices rooted in the yoga philosophy. We will use physical asana, breath and meditation to cultivate body awareness, strength and flexibility. You will be encouraged to find space and stability in your practice and make it your own; listening and engaging with your body to develop a practice which is safe and empowering - physically, mentally and emotionally.
