A long weekend in the middle of Summer, centred around rest, space & softness.
We will gather at the height of Summer, the time of Lammas or Lughnasad in the Celtic wheel of the year. At a time when life feels expansive & abundant, you are invited to make the radical choice to rest and take refuge in the mystical practice of yoga nidra or 'yogic sleep'.
Our schedule will be simple - up to four yoga nidra sessions a day with intentional space around this for quiet time, reflection, self-practice and to enjoy the beautiful Welsh lands.

Schedule
An example daily schedule:
8.30am: morning nidra
9.30am: breakfast
11.30am: yoga nidra
1pm: lunch
4.30pm: yoga nidra
7pm: dinner
8pm: bedtime nidra
All sessions are optional. The intention of this retreat is to centre rest through the practice of yoga nidra and that everything around this emerges intuitively in response to the desires of the group/the moment. For example, our morning nidra might also include some breathwork or light movement, another session might include a sharing circle or some chanting. In the in between times, you are welcome to use the yoga space for your own self-practice, take rest, walk the lands, use the sauna, journal....whatever your heart desires.
Booking, accommodation & prices

£500 - private ensuite room in main house - SOLD OUT
£400 - shared room in main house
£400 - private bed in safari lodge - SOLD OUT
£300 - shared room in safari lodge - 1 SPACE REMAINING
In main house, each room comes with en-suite bathroom and all shared rooms will be a mix of single/double beds depending on bookings. There are two livings rooms & kitchen.
Safari lodge has a shared compost toilet & shower, and living room & kitchen. The safari lodge offers a cheaper option for those on lower incomes so please do only choose this option if this applies to you.

This includes all sessions, meals, spa facilities & accommodation. This does not include travel to/from the retreat centre.
£100 non-refundable deposit required to secure your place, final payment required by end of June 2024.
