A day to dive deeper into & discover your yoga practice, with personalised guidance & community connection.
Since beginning to teach at The Beehive Centre, I have loved watching our community grow and the real commitment to regular practice that everyone demonstrates, for those new to yoga just as much as seasoned practitioners.
This has inspired me to offer a day long workshop to give you a chance to gain a deeper understanding of yoga & begin to develop your own practice. A practice which invites you to explore how the vastness of yoga goes far beyond the yoga mat and also to have the time to connect with fellow practitioners in your local area.

The schedule for the day will loosely be as follows*:
10am - 10.30pm: Arrival & opening circle
10.30pm - 1pm: Asana (physical) practice, focussing on one particular asana/series of asanas e.g. sun salutations with personalised guidance from me. Time to break things down, ask questions & take an extended relaxation to finish.
1 - 2pm: Shared lunch (optional)
2 - 3pm: Yoga Philosophy talk, applying selected elements of yoga philosophy to our asana practice and beyond the mat.
3pm - 3.30pm: Yoga nidra, to ground our learning in the body through rest.
3.30 - 4pm: Closing Circle
