Yoga Foundations ~ Day Workshop
10 - 4pm | 5th February| 2nd April 2022
The Beehive Centre BS5
A day to dive deeper into & discover your yoga practice, with personalised guidance & community connection.
Since beginning to teach at The Beehive Centre, I have loved watching our community grow and the real commitment to regular practice that everyone demonstrates, for those new to yoga just as much as seasoned practitioners.
This has inspired me to offer a day long workshop to give you a chance to gain a deeper understanding of yoga & begin to develop your own practice. A practice which invites you to explore how the vastness of yoga goes far beyond the yoga mat and also to have the time to connect with fellow practitioners in your local area.
Check out the schedule below!
All bodies, abilities & experiences are welcome. LGBTQI + friendly. I share my offerings through the lens of trauma-informed yoga, decolonisation & anti-oppression.
Community - £40 | Sustainer - £55 | Supporter - £70
