Retreats
My retreats are a wonderful way to deepen your yoga practice, build community and connect to the power this holds for individual & collective healing. I have been running retreats since 2021 of varying lengths, themes & price ranges.
They are all centred around my practice, values & approach which you can read more about here.

Spirals & Cycles
a queer retreat
23rd – 28th May 2025
Golden Grove Retreat Centre, Carmarthenshire, SA32 8NE
A five-day queer yoga retreat, for LGBTQIA+ people to be held and hold one another in a brave space of svadhyaya (self-inquiry) and cyclical wisdom in the Welsh wilderness. Grounded in daily yoga nidra, breathwork, embodied movement, community living & sharing circles, we will spiral inwards & outwards to connect with our inner cycles (e.g. sleep, menstrual, life) and outer cycles (seasons, lunar, solar).

Rest to Reawaken: 2024
A long weekend in the middle of Summer or Lammas, centred around rest, space & softness. An invitation to make the radical choice to rest and take refuge in the mystical practice of yoga nidra or ‘yogic sleep’. A simple schedule of up to four yoga nidra sessions a day with intentional space around this for quiet time, reflection, self-practice and to enjoy the beautiful Welsh lands.
Roots & Wings: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024
A long weekend to move, breath, rest, play & connect; all held in the rugged beauty of the Welsh woodlands and coastline. Gathering as the year turns towards Autumn Equinox, offering a space to pause & reflect on the fruits of summer and what we might wish to release as the natural world begins to let go.
