Work with me 1 – 1

As a yoga facilitator & mentor, I am committed to meeting you where you are, and exploring the tools of yoga to empower you to find freedom in your breath, body, mind and spirit.
One-to-one private sessions are a great opportunity to delve into and build your own yoga practice, tailored to your needs and healing journey. The shape and form of the sessions are yours to lead: we can explore how to adapt your practice to work with physical or mental health issues; dive deeper into specific aspects of yogic philosophy; focus on breath work or meditation; or build a practice around a specific intention. I will facilitate and hold the space for you to explore, working with yogaasana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and yoga nidra.
Bringing together my interests and training as a community worker & yoga facilitator, I have particular expertise in areas such as: trauma-informed yoga, queer experience and yoga nidra.
Sessions are offered on a sliding scale:
1 hour: £50 – £75
1.5hrs: £70 – £95
Please send me an email to book and to find a time that works best for you.

This could be a one-off session or regularly at whatever time interval works for you. Generally, I recommend committing to a minimum of 4 x 1hr sessions to give us time to explore what you want out of the sessions and build from one session to the next and integrate the practices into your daily life.

*If money is a barrier let me know, I am absolutely open to paying by instalments or in some circumstances discounts or skills swaps. I trust that people will pay what they can afford.

Mentorship & Embodied Supervision

I also offer 1-1 support for yoga teachers to support you in your journey of holding space. This draws on my years of experience holding yoga spaces, running Bristol Yoga Roots Project and community work. This reflective space offers you a regular container to process, integrate and explore what it means to facilitate yoga spaces. Time for you to come home to yourself and your purpose. To grow, learn, reflect and be in the mess of it all. A space to explore your ethics & values. To notice what is coming up for you when holding space. For me, this kind of commitment to reflection & deepening self-awareness is essential if we are centering trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and accessible practice. These sessions are co-created between the two of us as we go, and we will interweave a range of yogic practices e.g yoga nidra, movement, breath, ritual.
